Coach Brad Erdos will put you through 1.5 hrs of WORK. After a good warm up, we will be focusing on pass and run drills that the pros use every week. Not only teaching drills to improve skills, but will also teach the theory of why we do specific things to give a greater understanding of the game, specifically how O-Line is played. We will end with a short but intense workout to improve O-Line specific strength.
