Coach Mike Rose has played all over the front 7 defensively. In these sessions he will work on pass rush, hand work/speed, run responsibility and overall confidence in making plays on the defensive side of the ball.

Colton Hunchak will teach you the fundamental skills training including break point mechanics, high intensity drills, release techniques training and knowledgeable training on the receiver position. Coach Hunchak will provide personalized corrections and techniques to work with personal workouts. If you come regularly, you can expect to gain a more advanced understanding of the skills and techniques required to excel in Canadian University and professional level football. Along with a more advanced ability to run complex routes against multiple coverages.

Coach Brad Erdos will put you through 2 hrs of WORK. After a good warm up, we will be focusing on pass and run drills that the pros use every week. Not only teaching drills to improve skills, but will also teach the theory of why we do specific things to give a greater understanding of the game, specifically how O-Line is played. We will end with a short but intense workout to improve O-Line specific strength.

Coach JWall will be taking you through exactly what he does to prepare for a CFL season.
You’ll focus on: Muscle memory, technique, coverages & everything else required to play the position well.
Football is not only a physical game but also a mental game. Having thorough knowledge of the position and the coverages you run, will allow you to play fast and with great anticipation. Some might say… the game will slowdown… JWall likes to call this “The Matrix” will you take the blue pill or the red pill….?

Starting mid-September coach DEREK WIGGANS will be doing 1.5 hr D-Line technique coaching and workout session each weekend. These sessions are open to all skill level, Coach Wiggs will sort the small for similar skill level during drills.
